Later, in 2007, due to the increasing influence of digital life LSC Digital was created to become the Digital Agency and Database services we pride ourselves on today. President and CEO
The guy that’s always thinking about the next product or service, Joe McCluskey is a self-proclaimed marketing strategist who practically grew up living and breathing all things marketing. He prides himself on saving his clients time. Joe has experience supporting some of the largest insurance, financial, retail and technology companies – executing complex strategies to achieve direct and digital marketing goals. Joe loves coaching his kids’ sports and is equally crazy about golf, travel and new adventures.
Proven business analytics and financial leader with experience at big pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to LSC Digital’s operations. Tom has a diverse and broad business background, including senior roles in marketing and commercial development, finance and business development. At LSC Digital, Tom wears many hats including CFO, COO, Culture/Vision and Talent Development lead and many, many more. When he’s not juggling work, he’s just juggling. Period.
Ed brings 35 years of direct marketing and marketing services experience to the LSC Digital team. Having senior executive and leadership experiences across various industries, including serving as President of the Services Group at a publicly traded information and marketing services company, Ed brings executive level expertise and oversight to the team. Ed has been the strategic consultant and advisor to LSC and LSC Digital since 2011. He has been awarded the New York Univeristy Silver Apple Award for Achievement in Direct Marketing. Unfortunately, Ed was a little camera shy.
Vice President Digital Operations
With almost 2 decades of experience in business development, operations, advertising, and marketing, Dave possesses a deep repertoire of revenue-building skills and strategies. Proficient in the full gamut of paid advertising platforms and a sought-after expert in lead generation, search engine marketing, social media, and email marketing. When Dave isn’t leading the team to success, he’s deep in a stack of books.
Director of Data Acquisition
Passionate about driving ROI and helping clients, Kate fulfills data needs at LSC Digital. Using her diverse on and offline marketing experiences, Kate assesses client needs and creates strategies through third part acquisition campaigns and enhancing current customer CRMs. Also an expert multi-tasker, Kate is the mother of 4 children and loves being outdoors, watching her kids’ soccer games and making every moment count.
Email Marketing Campaign Specialist
Andrea is LSC Digital’s Email Marketing Campaign Specialist, handling the day to day, hands on execution of email marketing programs for clients. Andrea has been a part of LSC Digital since 2010, bringing her positive attitude to work every day. Fun fact: Andrea can pop a perfect bowl of popcorn.
Digital Advertising Operations Specialist
Nicole is responsible for planning, implementing, & optimizing LSC’s paid advertising campaigns across display, PPC, and social media channels. Nicole attended the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) where she was on the women’s soccer team. She continues to stay involved in the sport & enjoys coaching at the youth and high school level.
Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsible for SEO and email deployment, Bob is a whiz at reporting and problem solving, processing requests and offering helpful insights to clients on a daily basis. Bob graduated from Clarkson University with a degree in Communications. You can find Bob speed skating whenever he can– his skates are with him at all times!
Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsible for video and web content creation and LSC Digital’s hilarious Twitter account, Marcella (Mar-chell-a) brings industry research and social media trends to the team. Marcella graduated from Marist College with a degree in Communications, and has worked in editorial and marketing for local food magazines. You can find her in the wild singing high notes and baking bread.
Ben is dedicated to keeping LSC Digital’s promises by providing elite industry-leading services at cost appropriate price points. With a focus on establishing relationships with existing and future clients, Ben takes pride in connecting clients with the tools to deliver the best ROI. When Ben isn’t scoring sales calls, he’s an all-star basketball coach.
Sales and Marketing Analyst
Nick handles the database hygiene and assists with data brokerage at LSC Digital, keeping track of Salesforce and assisting with all the team’s sales and marketing. Nick brings fresh eyes to our lead generation and research efforts. Nick graduated from Iona College in 2019 with a degree in marketing. Fun fact, Nick’s favorite sport is hockey and he’s a big Rangers fan.
Marketing Database DBA/Production Specialist
James designs, maintains and troubleshoots complex processed for client database update projects. Experienced in streamlining and automating data file processing, James designs custom programs for importing, exporting and cleaning client data files. Did you know he plays the saxophone too?
Senior Account Manager
Responsible for project management and oversight, Tara brings over 20 years of direct mail and database marketing experience to the LSC Digital team. Tara works closely with senior management and partners to plan, budget and document all aspects of specific projects, from maintaining internal documentation for reporting to managing client relationships and expectations. An avid NY Mets fan, Tara and her daughter try to go to as many games as possible every season.
Marketing Account Manager
With 15 years of experience in the direct mail industry, Eileen is LSC Digital’s liason between clients and teams to ensure successful delivery of direct marketing campaigns and other project needs. Over time Eileen has helped develop relationships with clients based on trust and dedication of our team. A lifetime piano player, Eileen can play songs by ear and studied piano through college.
Chris has over 30 years of marketing experience in a variety of industries: publishing, financial services, and advertising, communications, and direct/database marketing. Chris is a New York-born-and-bred Northerner who married a life-long Southerner to move to the Northern-most part of our Southern-most state. He and his wife share their lives with two far-flung children, one son-in-law, and two grandsons.
